CSI Certified Structural Inspections LLC offers investigative home inspection services to homebuyers and sellers in the Las Vegas area. Our non-invasive inspections are designed to educate you on the overall condition of a property, adhering to InterNACHI’s strict Standards of Practice.

General Home Inspection

Our buyer’s inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of most visible and readily accessible components of a residential property. Your inspection will include a free thermal imaging scan as necessary to double-check certain components, ensuring that there are no areas of moisture intrusion or energy loss. In less that 24 hours after the inspection, a detailed report of our findings will be sent directly to your email.

Certified Structural Inspections uses an Infrared Camera and Moisture Meter to further investigate in all our inspections as necessary.

Commercial Building Inspection

We offer a full inspection of any commercial property under 10,000 square feet in size. We’ll evaluate the structure and currently installed systems for any defects or safety issues that you should be aware of before making a decision about an investment. This way, you won’t be caught off guard by issues that become apparent after you’ve already closed on the property.

Pre-Listing Inspection

This inspection is for anyone who is preparing to sell a home. Before you list, we’ll comprehensively evaluate the property to check for any defective components. With this insight into the condition of your home, you’ll be able to make repairs as necessary and inform prospective buyers of any known issues so that negotiations go as smoothly as possible.

New Construction Inspection

It’s a good idea to schedule this inspection before the builder of your new home takes you on the final walkthrough of the property. We’ll assess the condition of the primary structure, the materials used, and any installed systems for defects or safety issues that need addressed before you move in.

Re-Inspections

We offer Re-Inspections of components that were found to be defective during our General Home Inspection. We’ll assess completed repairwork for correct installation and to ensure that there are no additional issues that need addressed.
